Based in Kulin, WA, Troy is the Director of Gangells AgSolutions and Corrigin AgSolutions, part of the broader AgSolutions Group which operates four locations across the region—Kulin, Corrigin, Pingaring, and Varley. With a team of ten staff across the locations he directly manages, Troy’s businesses specialise in agricultural chemicals, fertiliser, and animal health products for broadacre cropping and sheep enterprises, serving the diverse needs of farmers throughout Western Australia’s wheatbelt.

Troy’s agricultural career began with the family business, BE & WJ Gangell, operating under the Wesfarmers banner from 1999 to 2007, providing livestock, real estate, insurance, and merchandise services. In 2007, he made the strategic decision to join NRI and establish Gangells AgSolutions—a move that has proven highly successful in serving the region’s independent farming community.

Growing up in Kulin, Troy was immersed in agricultural business from an early age through his parents’ Wesfarmers agency. After completing his secondary education in Perth and university studies, he returned home to contribute to the family business before launching his own independent venture.
