Troy Driscoll
Troy Driscoll joined the NRI Board as a Director in November 2023, bringing over three decades of agronomic expertise and a deep commitment to rural communities.
Based in Central and Western Victoria, Troy is the Director and Senior Agronomist of Driscoll Ag, which he founded in 2000 as Driscoll Seeds before expanding into a full-service agronomy business in 2014. Today, Driscoll Ag operates from four locations—Maryborough, Bendigo East, St Arnaud, and Swan Hill—with a team of seventeen highly trained agronomists delivering specialised services in crop protection, pasture and broadacre seed, fertiliser, and grain accumulation.
Troy’s career includes roles as Area Sales Manager for Pioneer Hi-Bred International (1997-2000) and Sales & Agronomy with Crameris CRT (1994-1997). Having grown up on a family farm near Navarre, he brings firsthand understanding of local conditions and the challenges facing regional producers.
An open-minded business leader, Troy thrives on helping clients achieve sustainable, economical yields while maintaining long-term viability and growth. His passion extends to supporting young people entering agriculture and actively contributing to local sporting clubs and community organisations. Troy’s customer-focused approach and commitment to fostering the next generation of farmers exemplify the values driving NRI’s independent network.
